The core challenge was to build a modern Attendance Mobile App Solution to support a distributed and agile workforce, replacing legacy systems that lacked robust location validation.

The requirement was to develop a cross-platform mobile application using React Native for Android and iOS, supported by a scalable backend using .NET Core Framework (C#). We had to overcome significant technical hurdles to seamlessly implement the following key requirements:

• 📅 Leave Request: Designing an intuitive interface for employees to easily apply for and manage leaves.
• 👥 Manager - Leave Approve/ Reject: Equipping managers with rapid decision-making tools for handling leave workflows.
• 💻 Infra Module (Laptop, Mobile): Integrating a seamless asset tracking module for managing company-provided infrastructure.
• 🕒 Attendance History: Handling large datasets to provide comprehensive, easily accessible historical attendance logs.

We successfully delivered a high-performance Attendance Mobile App Solution using React Native for a native-like experience on both Android and iOS devices. This was coupled with a highly scalable and secure backend infrastructure built on the .NET Core Framework (C#).
