Data Deletion Policy

At Atomxel (operated by Atomxel LLP), we are dedicated to protecting your data privacy and ensuring you retain control over your personal and organization records. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users of our website and products (like Atomxel Digital) can request the deletion of their accounts and data from our active systems.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted?

You can request the deletion of all personally identifiable information (PII) and corporate records collected during your engagement with us, which includes:

• Your user account profile (name, contact number, and credentials).
• Registered organization details (company name, business addresses).
• Inbound chat histories or log details collected via the WhatsApp AI Interface.
• Workplace check-ins or geo-tracking records.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the complete removal of your data, please follow the simple steps below:

• Send an email from your registered corporate email address to info@atomxel.com.
• Subject line: Request for Data Deletion - [Your Name or Organization Name].
• Provide your registered mobile number or customer ID associated with your Atomxel Digital subscription.

Our security and data team will review your request and verify your identity before initiating the deletion process to prevent unauthorized account removals.

3. Processing Timeline

Once identity verification is complete, the deletion process will proceed as follows:

• Active Databases: Your personal and organization records will be permanently purged from our active database systems within 15 business days of approval.
• System Backups: Residual records stored in encrypted system backups will be naturally overwritten during our standard backup rotation cycles (which take up to 30 days).
• Confirmation: Our team will send a final email confirmation once all data deletion operations are successfully completed.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that Atomxel LLP may retain a minimum set of information where required by law, audit, or compliance protocols:

• Billing transaction logs, GST invoices, and financial tax records (necessary for accounting compliance and Razorpay audit records).
• Anonymized and aggregated usage statistics that do not identify any individual or organization.
