01 . The Challenge

Mentoring and teaching vacancy matching is currently fragmented. Mentormine needed a rapid MVP to validate the demand for a centralized teacher network and job board.

The primary objective was to launch quickly with minimal technical overhead to gather user feedback. The challenge was to create a professional-looking platform that could handle teacher registrations and vacancy postings without building a complex backend from day one. We needed a solution that allowed administrators to curate and manage data easily while providing a seamless frontend experience for both job seekers and hiring institutions. Scalability was a concern, but speed to market and design fidelity were the top priorities.

02 . The Solution

We developed a lightweight, modern web application that acts as a sleek frontend wrapper for a robust Google Workspace-based back-office.

The Mentormine MVP has successfully onboarded its first batch of teachers and facilitated several successful vacancy matches within the first month. The use of low-code backend tools allowed the team to focus entirely on the user experience and community building. This lean approach has provided invaluable data for the next phase of development, which will include a full-scale custom database and matching algorithms.
